The entire staff of the management company “Euroton” took part in the action. This action was held in order to acquaint managers with the daily work and innovations in the work of employees of PJSC “RCP”. One of the director’s plans that day was to organize the assembly of bricks on pallets by employees of the management company “Euroton”. Everyone worked together, with the business director and the plant director. This work turned out to be quite difficult and it was difficult to feel like a loader. After all, the brick is folded by hand, rejected, translated into strips and canvas, and take into account the peculiarities of laying bricks in rows. Then the pallets are well fastened, marked and covered with heat-shrinkable film. Workers felt and appreciated the hard work of loaders and checked the reliability of pallet packaging.
“We organized such an event to be closer to our customers. I hope that the working day was useful for both ordinary staff and managers, “said Yaroslava Ostrozhchuk, CEO, summing up. “We will continue to hold such events in the future to hear the views of workers and consumers, in order to understand better the processes taking place in the plant.”
